The Tide
A dear friend of mine told me she read a book which classified marriage as an ocean with waves, and that many people in tough times, forget that tides always recede. When I think back to the decade I have spent with my husband I can't say that I really disagree, there are times when I feel like throwing a fork across the table at his head (so to speak) and then hey given a day or so, (maybe a month or year) the good ol tide recedes and I think WOW what a blessed life I have with him. Then I'm grateful I didn't actually throw the fork or forks, who's counting right!
Lake Living Minus the Sharkes
Took our twins out on the lake yesterday tubing which is awesome, however, to my horror, each time we floated around out there I couldn't help my mind wandering to the JAWS movie I saw as a child and freaking out just a little bit each time a fish jumped out of the water!
HOLY MOSES
Today I am grateful for the library and their free wifi ~ which to my suprise supports my blog page and allows me to post, therefore confirming my home computer is older than dirt and should indeed be either recycled or tossed out a window! Regardless, let the postings begin!
